Robert reynolds, Co-Founder
Robert is a behavioral scientist whose passion is designing researched-based programs that help people get their friends to vote. In 2018, he trained dozens of campaigns and got tens of thousands of voters to take the ‘vote tripling’ pledge. Previously, he worked at ideas42 where he designed behavioral innovations and ran randomized controlled trials. During this time, he also volunteered as an independent GOTV program designer to a dozen progressive campaigns.
Robert holds a BS from Loyola Marymount University and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School where he worked under experts in behavioral science and voter turnout. He grew up in rural Montana and lives in Los Angeles.
David slifka, Co-Founder
David is part of the wave of individuals who became civically engaged in the wake of the 2016 election. Recognizing the need for improved infrastructure serving fellow grassroots activists, he co-founded Amplify, an app helping Indivisible chapters and other resistance organizations around the country take action as a team. He also serves as founding board chair of Rapid Resist, and on the board of Indivisible Civics (part of the Indivisible Guide).
David began his career as an investor for non-profit institutions, including Yale University and the YMCA Retirement Fund. He remains active as an investor and lecturer on financial topics. David holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Wharton.
