DAVID SLIFKA, CO-FOUNDER   David is part of the wave of individuals who became civically engaged in the wake of the 2016 election. Recognizing the need for improved infrastructure serving fellow grassroots activists, he co-founded Amplify, an app helping Indivisible chapters and other resistance organizations around the country take action as a team. He also serves as founding board chair of Rapid Resist, and on the board of Indivisible Civics (part of the  Indivisible Guide ).  David began his career as an investor for non-profit institutions, including Yale University and the YMCA Retirement Fund. He remains active as an investor and lecturer on financial topics. David holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Wharton.

ELIZABETH ERICSON, NATIONAL FIELD DIRECTOR   Elizabeth is a former campaign staffer and activist in the gun violence prevention movement. In 2018, she was Field Director for a US Congressional Race in north Texas (Jana Lynne Sanchez, TX-06). Along with a stellar campaign team, she helped swing that district 18 points from the previous midterm in Democrats' favor. She came to VoteTripling.org in the summer of 2019 to support campaign partners as they serve their communities and their country.  Elizabeth is a graduate of Rice University in Houston, Texas. She's a born-and-bred Texas Democrat (y'all means all) but has home ties to Virginia and Connecticut. She lives in Washington DC.

In 2018, he trained dozens of campaigns and got tens of thousands of voters to take the ‘vote tripling’ pledge. Previously, he worked at ideas42 where he designed behavioral innovations and ran randomized controlled trials. During this time, he also volunteered as an independent GOTV program designer to a dozen progressive campaigns.  Robert holds a BS from Loyola Marymount University and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School where he worked under experts in behavioral science and voter turnout. He grew up in rural Montana and lives in Los Angeles.
